Version 0.5.0 (19.12.2019)

Version 0.5.0 offers a better performance, a consistent point-on-border behavior, and unmasks region interiors (holes). It also introduces a number of deprecations. Please check the notebook on methods <https://regionmask.readthedocs.io/en/stable/notebooks/method.html>_ and What's New <https://regionmask.readthedocs.io/en/stable/whats_new.html>_.
