ANYFESTO - A platform from which to speak

Any manifestation of a meeting - in the schools or in the streets - is going to need clear communication. Anyfesto is the toolbox to make that happen.

The Anyfesto Project helps you make easy to setup devices to share your voice, music, knowledge, and passions with others. Low cost hardware and proven Open Source Software makes building a robust communications device affordable and accessible to individuals and community needs.

The base install now includes these features on bootup

  • Web Server

  • Kiwix Wikimedia Server

  • IRC Server and Web Frontend

  • Audio Streaming Server

  • Mumble Voip Server

  • SSH Server

  • The Anyfesto option

    • creates your own local network others can connect to via wifi
    • uses a Captive Portal to direct users web requests to your main web page
    • not being connected to the Internet folks are not exposed to many issues found on it
  • The Localfesto option

    • attaches to an existing network
    • advertises it's services and offerings for others to find
    • can access the Internet where available

You can start your installation by selecting either the InstallAnyfesto or InstallLocalfesto options above.
