Battles is an extremely extendable and customisable duels plugin designed for PocketMine-MP servers.

Where can I get the latest .phar?

Battles is currently under heavy development and is not fully functional yet however, if you want to test the current in-dev plugin you can head over to the poggit-ci and grab the latest build!
