Ducky 3D Youtube Channel to learn blender mostly focused on Sci-fi Scenes and concepts
Grant Abbitt This is also a really good playlist to get started with blender
CG Geek Pretty random but awesome videos
Imphenzia Learn Blender the Swedish way: E to extrude, S to Scale

Polygon Runway The main illustrator course is 10/10 would definitely recommend
CG Cookie Monthly based subscription service kinda like egghead with all things blender and even some unity
