Components:

• ImageButton - 48dp x 48dp button with an image and highlighter
• Page - FocusScope that can hold a TitleBar and content
• ScreenValues - Singleton element to access screen dpi
• Theme - Singleton element that allows customization
• TitleBar - Title bar to display on top
