Get setuptools.
Install cocos2d.
Install pyyaml.
From a flora checkout: python -m flora

Be sure to add the Python and Scripts directories to your PATH after installing Python.
You'll need to install setuptools; then you can install Python packages with, e.g., easy_install cocos2d.
