If you don't want to waste time with compilation, try the binary from the bin folder.
You can check the cleanness of the executable on https://www.virustotal.com
To compile it you must have Qt development environment installed on your computer.
You can download the Qt framework from here: http://download.qt.io/official_releases/online_installers/qt-unified-windows-x86-online.exe
Please follow the instructions how to setup Qt on your computer.
When Qt is ready, launch Qt Creator and open the .pro file from your computer and compile the source.
Use W,S,A,D keys for camera movement and left mouse drag for changing camera angle.
