ImageCrop

Android library providing a UI element for zooming, panning and cropping pictures.

Usage

Declare in XML

<no.hyper.imagecrop.ImageCropper
    android:id="@+id/image_cropper"
    android:layout_width="match_parent"
    android:layout_height="match_parent"
    custom:crop_size="200"/>

crop_size define in pixels the size of the square used to crop pictures. If not specified, 500 is the default value.

To set the picture into the UI element:

imageCropper = (ImageCropper) findViewById(R.id.image_cropper);
boolean isSet = imageCropper.setPicture(imagePath);
if(!isSet) {
    Toast.makeText(getApplicationContext(), "bitmap == null", Toast.LENGTH_LONG).show();
    finish();
}

setPicture(String path) takes care of pictures size and manage to avoid OutOfMemory exceptions for you.

To get the cropped picture:

Bitmap cropped = imageCropper.getCroppedPicture();
