Look-alike

Chrome extension that allows easy visual regression testing.

Installation

You may install this extension from its google chrome webstore page

or download it and manually load as an 'Unpacked extension' via chrome extensions page.

Usage

  1. Navigate to the original page you'd like to compare.
  2. Click on the Look-alike icon in the action bar.
  3. In the popup, choose "Capture" to create a first screenshot.
  4. Open modified page that you are comparing the original with.
  5. In the Look-alike popup choose "Compare".
  6. Select screenshot made in #3.
  7. Another screenshot will be created and page showing result of the comparison will open.
