Use Isabelle/jEdit to edit $ISABELLE_HOME_USER/etc/settings to include the Naproche-SAD directory as Isabelle component. E.g. like this:
init_component "$USER_HOME/Naproche-SAD"

Shutdown Isabelle/jEdit before building Isabelle/Naproche as follows.
