RxSmartSharedPreferences
RxSmartSharedPreferences是SmartSharedPreferences的Rx版，增加了2个Rx相关的方法。
RxSmartSharedPreferences可以让你创建实体类一样创建一个SharedPreferences对象，使用链式方法操作数据
特性
1、可能是使用最简单的SharedPreferences操作库，只需一个@Spf注解，基于编译时注解

#使用方法
1、引用
project的gradle.build里添加：

2、定义SharedPreferences对象

}3、编译项目，生成RxSpf_开头的对应文件（如User对应RxSpf_User）
4、实例化使用
增加的2个Rx相关方法：
asObservable()：将取出的数据转化为Observable
RxSpf_User.create(context)

.subscribeOn(Schedulers.io())

.observeOn(AndroidSchedulers.mainThread())

})asAction()：转化为Action1，可以快速存储数据
