OMG THERE IS A BUG
Yes. Indeed there is; there is a bug in Coda 2 that makes the backup files only partially saved when using folding.
Coda 2.0.1 have fixed that. Hooray!
Still using Coda 1?
Check "Coda 1"-folder for a version compatible with Coda 1.
