A tutorial on the use of interrupted time series (ITS) analysis in public health and epidemiological research. The code follows the examples illustrated in the following article that described the most common steps in the application of the ITS design:

A correction has been issues [freely available here], including changes to the original model definition and R code.


The material:

  • sicily.csv stores the dataset used in the illustrative examples
  • Rcode.R is the R code the reproduce the examples
  • Statacode.do is the Stata code to reproduce the examples
