By downloading the Data, you undertake to participate fully in the WNUT-2020 Task 2---Identification of informative COVID-19 English Tweets---and to publish the results of the research you have conducted using the Data (including a description of any model, algorithm or system created using the Data). It is your responsibility to maintain Twitter's Term's of Service and to delete Tweets that are no longer publicly available.
The Data is exclusively reserved for the participants of the WNUT-2020 Task 2 and is not to be used freely. The Data may be distributed upon request by contacting the task organizers. After WNUT-2020, the Data will be publicly available for non-commercial & non-profit research purposes only.
