직방 개발진은 크게 서비스 개발 그룹과 CTO팀, 2개의 팀으로 구성이 되어 있습니다. 각 팀은 팀의 리딩하는 역할의 팀 리드, 팀 내 각 파트를 리딩하는 파트 리드로 이루어져 있습니다.
직방 서비스 개발 그룹은 직방 서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 소프트웨어를 개발하고 운영하는 업무를 진행하는 팀 입니다. 빠르게 변화하는 시장에서 서비스 개발 그룹의 역할은 열린 소통을 통해 다양한 아이디어를 모으고 빠른 의사 결정을 한 후, 집중적으로 개발하여 이를 검증 받는 것 입니다. 직방 서비스 개발 그룹은 서비스 운영을 책임지는 PO (Product Owner)팀과 디자인팀과의 협업을 통해 최상의 부동산 서비스를 사용자에게 제공하고 중개사로 하여금 쉽고 편리하게 직방 플랫폼에 광고할 수 있도록 도움을 줍니다.
CTO팀
직방 CTO팀은 신기술 연구/개발을 통한 직방 내부에서 사용될 소프트웨어/솔루션 제공 및 인프라/보안을 책임지는 부서입니다. IoT 파트는 IoT 기기들을 활용한 오피스 자동 제어 시스템을 구축/운영 하며 인프라보안 파트는 직방 사내와 클라우드 환경에서 개인정보 보호와 인프라를 책임지는 다양한 업무를 진행 합니다. ZUIX 파트는 주로 직방의 PO팀/디자인팀/프론트엔드팀과의 협업을 통해 개발자들이 직방 서비스 제작에만 몰두 할 수 있는 다양한 UI/UX 콤포넌트 및 서비스를 제공합니다.
CTO팀의 주요 키워드는 ‘자동화'입니다. 사업에 대한 영역이 확장됨에 따라 수동적으로 이루어지고 있던 대다수의 반복적인 업무들의 자동화를 통해 개발 구성원들은 실질적인 비즈니스 개발에 초점을 더 맞출 수 있는 다양한 방법을 고안하고 같이 이행하는 것이 중요한 상황입니다.
