Responsive Map JS

Responsive map js is a custom responsive framework for ArcGIS JS API based web mapping applications. Works with ArcGIS.com webmaps.

Warning: This is a very rough first attempt to create a responsive mapping template and it still requires updates and re-org. It works well on devices and browsers however.
