关于 Yncoder
Yncoder 是云南开发者自发组织的交流社区，其目的是提供一个自由分享交流的平台，互助提高参与者的职业水平，创造共赢的机会，进而改善本地 IT 行业生态。目前主要由 @gc87，@mytharcher 和 @ZhangRGK 共同维护。
官方网站
网站作为社区的门户，索引社区内各类有价值的内容。
托管在 Github 上，使用 Jekyll 静态生成工具，任何人有改进建议可以直接通过 pull request 提交修改。
日常讨论
我们使用 Github Issues 作为日常讨论和发帖交流的工具，各类需要讨论的话题都可以在其中发布，如技术交流，活动发起，组织发展等，我们也欢迎能为员工提供更好发展机会的企业来发布招聘信息，但需要遵守招聘帖原则部分。
招聘帖原则
- 招聘者需注明企业名称（最好有官方网站），主要业务。
- 企业应该提供给员工尽可能好的条件，也应详细说明需要的技能方向。
- 如果企业苦大仇深或者招聘者自己都不想继续任职，请不要再出来发帖招聘。
- 原则上这里不推荐 HR 或猎头发帖，除非懂技术。
- 如果你自己从来没有从期权上赚过钱，就不要在招聘时强调期权。
- 招聘时请尽量给出薪酬范围。
- 招聘帖原则上有时效性，允许 open 状态为一个月，超过会被管理员关闭，如还有需求可以 reopen 操作，但请不要发重复的招聘帖。
- Github Issues 功能比较松散，没有严格的各种限制，请使用者不要滥用。
合作联系
与本组织有关合作的可以直接在 Issues 里发帖，选择组织发展标签即可，如不想公开发表，可以联系前文中的管理员。
