Windows global version Vim Substitute and++

Vim and Emacs are too hard and not intuitive. So I developed new key map which can be used by not only for developers but also normal users.

Vim 과 Emacs 모두 단축키가 해당 툴의 생산성의 핵심이라고 생각하는데, hjkl로 이동하는 vim은 직관적인 부분이 부족하고, emacs는 어느 프로그램에서나 쓰기에는 단축키의 대부분이 프로그램과 겹치며 요즘 개발 메타에는 자주 쓰이지 않는 키들이 많습니다

둘다 마음에 차지 않는 부분이 있었고, 개발자 뿐만 아니라 일반 사용자도 높은 생산성과 접근성을 가질 수 있도록 설계했습니다
