• The PcdPropertiesTableEnable PCD has been deprecated (behavior now assumes FALSE).
• An instance of VmgExitLib is now required for MpInitLib. If you don't have a need for SEV-ES, we recommend you use the NULL implementation (UefiCpuPkg/Library/VmgExitLibNull/VmgExitLibNull.inf). Check here <https://github.com/tianocore/edk2/commit/7b7508ad784d16a5208c8d12dff43aef6df0835b>_ for more info.
• Disabled ECC Check plugin until it can be modified to be non-destructive in dev environments.
• Fix VsInstrinsics to not build on GCC.
