2008_RefBoot Changes

  • FmpDxe instances must now carry implementations of FmpDependencyLib -- and, by extension, all sub-dependencies. If your FmpDxe does not use the dependencies architecture, please use FmpDevicePkg/Library/FmpDependencyLib/FmpDependencyLib.inf and the NULL implementations.

2008_Rebase Changes

Starting commit: 2c65c0214d Destination commit: 06dc822d04 (tag: edk2-stable202008)

  • FmpDevicePkg\FmpDxe\FmpDxe.c: Took null check addition from edk2 around line 1340
  • CryptoPkg\Library\Include\openssl\opensslconf.h: edk2 delete # define OPENSSL_NO_AFALGENG
  • Double check many openssl changes in CryptoPkg\Library\OpensslLib\OpensslLib.inf
  • Double check many openssl changes in CryptoPkg\Library\OpensslLib\OpensslLibCrypto.inf
  • Lots of diffs in CryptoPkg/Driver/Crypto.c and CryptoPkg/Library/BaseCryptLibOnProtocolPpi/CryptLib.c. Mostly took mu changes.
  • FmpDependencyLib.h/.c and FmpDependencyCheckLib.c had lastattemptstatus additions from mu
  • In FmpDevicePkg/FmpDxe/FmpDxe.c Looks like edk2 added a null check based on coreuefi filed bug, but theirs asserts while ours does not. Took our version
