Building
Opus
Opus codec is optional.
Download:

$ cd opus-1.3.1
Build and install:
$ ./configure --prefix=/path/to/Telephone/ThirdParty/Opus --disable-shared CFLAGS='-Os -mmacosx-version-min=10.10'
$ make
$ make install
LibreSSL
Download:
