Bot's functionality

• authorization in Todoist.com
• creation new tasks
• getting notifications about reminders
• getting list of labels
• getting list of projects

Possibly to implement

• deletion of an accidetally added task (or with incorrect parsed date/time)
• completing a task that was notified
• ability to erase all your private information from bot's database
